I looked at the post, it's still active. Also, there is a comment about T&H ensuring that we do more about housing as opposed to pursuing an elective endeavor.
Consider the following:
T&H is a separate entity from THRHA.
CCTHITA is about employment, training, and services for it's members.
THRHA is about housing, affordability and services tied to home ownership and housing costs.
With that said, the Cultural Immersion Park will be a source of income for CCTHITA, and open job opportunities for its members and residents of Juneau, much in the way the Mt. Roberts Tram is a source of income and employment for members of Goldbelt.
